Lunchtime just got a little bit better with this gluten-free turkey avocado roll-up.
1. Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat.
2. Top each one with 2 tablespoons of avocado and spread evenly over tortilla.
3. Top with 3 ounces of turkey, 1/3 cup shredded cabbage, slices of cucumber, and shredded carrots
4. Sprinkle rice wine vinegar to taste.
5. Roll up tortilla and slice across each tortilla to make 2 smaller wraps and serve.
