Slice baguette into 24 pieces. Bake at 400°F. for 5 minutes. Add toppings and bake for another 2 minutes or until warm.
Spread each piece with pesto sauce and top with red and green peppers.
Mix beans, olive oil, and rosemary. Put 1 teaspoon bean mixture on each toast and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan.
Spoon tomato sauce on each piece and top with a piece of cheese.
