  • In a large bowl combine the turkey, scallions, cilantro, and 2 tablespoons of the reserved peanut sauce. Shape into 4 even patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Lightly coat both sides of burgers with cooking spray.

  • Heat grill to medium-high. Grill the patties until cooked through (165°F), about 5 minutes per side.

  • Serve the burgers on buns with mango salsa and remaining peanut sauce.
