Mini Cookie Tarts

When you need a quick and easy dessert, whip up these pudding-filled tarts. Keep the ingredients on hand for whenever you get a craving for something sweet.

Mini Cookie Tarts
Yield: 6 mini-tarts


  • 1 box (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping
  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 mini graham cracker tart shells
  • Chopped peppermint candy

Make It

1. Combine chocolate pudding mix and milk in bowl. Fold in thawed, frozen whipped topping and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.

2. Divide among 6 mini graham cracker tart shells. Top with whipped topping. Freeze; remove from tins; serve. Garnish with chopped peppermint candy.
