Tangy Purple Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 6 cups thinly shredded red cabbage

Make It

1. In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, orange juice, and olive oil. Add Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, black pepper, and celery seed. Add red cabbage and toss well to coat; cover and refrigerate, 30 minutes. Toss the cabbage again, then transfer to a serving dish with a slotted spoon.
