- 2 teaspoons honey, or more to taste
- 1/4 cup low fat granola
1. In a small bowl stir together 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt and 2 tsp. honey. Smooth top with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle granola into a heart shape or place a heart cookie cutter gently on the yogurt and fill in with granola.
