Sweet Pea Puree

Store baby food in serving-size amounts in the fridge for up to three days or in the freezer for up to three months. Label each batch with the name and date you made it. Recipe from Real Baby Food by Jenna Helwig.

Sweet Pea Puree
Yield: 1 cup


  • 1 10 ounce package frozen peas

Make It

1. Defrost the peas according to package directions. Drain off all but 1 to 2 Tbs. of water.

2. Transfer the peas and water to a blender. Blend until you get the desired consistency, adding water if needed.
