Slice each apple into quarters, removing seeds and stems. Skewer each wedge; set aside. Crush pretzels and mix on a plate with mini chocolate chips; set aside.
Unwrap caramel candies and heat in a microwave-safe bowl until melted (approximately 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds). Allow caramel to cool slightly.
Dip the skin side of each apple wedge into the melted caramel, and then roll in the pretzel and chocolate chip mixture. Transfer to parchment or wax paper to set.
