- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups herb stuffing mix
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 8 slices cooked bacon
1. Bring water, golden raisins and unsalted butter to a boil.
2. Stir in herb stuffing mix and grated carrot; cover, remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Remove cover and stir in bacon, crumbled; serve immediately.
