  • 1 cup cooked chicken, skin and bones removed
  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt, to taste

1. Combine the chicken, rice, and spices in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency for baby, adding water if necessary.
