In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle dry white wine, 1 cup
seltzer, 1/2 cup Calvados and 1/4 cup agave; stir until well
combined. Chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve,
stir in 2 cups ice, 1 cored and sliced Granny Smith apple,
1 sliced star fruit (optional), 1 cup halved green grapes
and 1 sliced lime. Pour over ice.
