Swirled Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ice water as needed

Make It

1. Puree peaches in a food processor. Press through a sieve to remove any lumps. Transfer to a bowl; chill for at least an hour. Puree berries and honey in a food processor. Press through a sieve and chill in a separate bowl.

2. When ready to serve, add enough water to the peaches to make them the same consistency as the blueberries. Pour 1/2 cup of the peaches into a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of the blueberries into the center of the peaches. Using a knife or spoon, gently swirl the peaches into the berries to form a pretty design.
