  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pop open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them; reserve icing. Working with one at a time, unravel each roll and fold one end 1/2-inch under. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Shape and twist to form a snake, lightly pinching the folded end to create the head.

  • Bake until golden brown and cooked through, 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.

  • Tint the icing green and warm a few seconds in the microwave. Using dabs of green icing, attach 2 pomegranate arils to each snake head to make eyes. Cut 1-inch lengths of the fruit leather; cut a slit at one end to make a forked tongue. Use a paring knife to cut a small slit in each head to form a mouth, and insert the fruit-leather tongues. Drizzle snakes with the green icing.
