1. In a small bowl, stir together basil, olive oil, and pepper. Set the mixture aside. Halve mozzarella balls. Use a toothpick or the tip of a small knife to prick the ends of the grape tomatoes. Slide a mozzarella half onto a pretzel stick, followed by a tomato, then another piece of mozzarella and tomato. Assemble 15 more skewers with the remaining cheese and tomato. Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with the olive oil mixture. Eat immediately.
