1. Mix together 1/2 cup jarred salsa, 1/4 cup sour cream and 2 tbsp chopped cilantro. Line 4 bowls with tortilla chips. Chop 1 yellow sweet pepper and 2 tomatoes; scatter over chips. Top each bowl with 1/4 pound cooked shrimp and serve with salsa mixture. Garnish with additional cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
