Tilapia in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3 tablespoons mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Make It

1. Place tilapia fillets in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

2. Combine tomatoes, white wine, chopped mint and capers; spoon over fillets.

3. Bake at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove fillets; whisk butter into pan juices and spoon over fillets.
