Swordfish Arrabbiata

For this quick and easy recipe, swordfish steaks cook in bottled pasta sauce that has been enhanced with garlic, red pepper, and capers.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 4 swordfish steaks, about 7 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Make It

1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes, capers and marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer. Add swordfish steaks and cook for 5 minutes. Gently turn; cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley.


Serving Suggestion:
  • With roasted potatoes and broccolini.
