Ingredients

  • 1 6-ounce salmon steak
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped basil
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon canola oil
  • Dash vinegar
  • Dash hot red-pepper sauce
  • Pinch cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Make It

1. Grill salmon until done (flakes with fork and is opaque).

2. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine tomato, basil, garlic, canola oil, vinegar, hot red-pepper sauce, cumin, salt and pepper. Serve salsa over fish. Makes 1 serving.
