Stuffed Flounder

  • 6 4 - 5 ounces flounder fillets
  • 1 4 ounce container savory herb spreadable cheese
  • 1 6.1 ounce box tomato-lentil couscous mix
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 10 ounce box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Make It

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread flounder fillets with savory herb spreadable cheese, dividing equally. Roll up fillets.

2. Transfer to 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Remove 1/2 teaspoon seasoning from seasoning packet of the tomato-lentil couscous mix; sprinkle over flounder. Pour the wine into the dish. Cover dish with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Prepare couscous following package directions, stirring in the thawed chopped broccoli with dry couscous. When couscous is done, fluff with fork. Transfer to platter; top with flounder. Makes 6 servings.
