1. Heat broiler. Coat broiler-pan rack with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle salmon with salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Place on broiler-pan rack.
3. Broil 5 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine Pesto, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, sugar and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
5. Arrange salmon on platter. Drizzle sauce over. Top with tomato and basil. Makes 4 servings.
