1. Place 1 wrap on flat work surface. Brush both sides lightly with a little water. Spread half of the flavored cream cheese on one side to within 1/2 inch of edge. Place half of the salmon over cream cheese. Arrange half of arugula over salmon. Roll up tightly. Wrap in dampened paper towel; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. To serve, remove wrappings from rolls. With serrated knife, diagonally cut rolls into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Arrange on platter. Garnish with chives, if you wish. Makes about 28 slices.
