1. Place garlic in small glass dish. Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on high power (100 percent) for 50 seconds. Remove to medium-size bowl. Mash with a fork.
2. Stir mango, green onion, garlic, pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, oil and 1 teaspoon lemon juice into garlic. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
3. Place fish fillets in microwave-safe baking dish just large enough to hold fish in single layer. Season with remaining salt. Pour orange juice and remaining lemon juice over fish.
4. Cover with lid or tightly with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave at full power (100 percent) for 3 to 4 minutes or until opaque in center. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully remove lid or carefully pierce plastic wrap to release steam; uncover. Remove fillets with slotted spoon to serving plates. Serve with remaining salsa. Makes 4 servings.
