  • In pie dish, stir together flour, 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. In a small bowl, mix tartar sauce, ketchup and 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Dredge flounder fillets in the flour mixture, then add to pan in batches. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Serve with oven-baked fries and the tartar sauce mixture. Makes 6 servings
