Ingredients
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley
Make It
1. Combine scallops, zest, juice and oil in plastic bag. Refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Broil scallops 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes, until opaque. Add parsley. Makes 4 servings.
