1. Preheat broiler to 375 degree F and set oven baking rack at highest position.
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on baking sheet; sprinkle with salt, brush with oil, and top with almonds.
3. Broil for about 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve the flounder with lemon wedges, and allow kids to drizzle the juice on the fish.
