Grilled Swordfish with Salsa

  • 2 cups prepared salsa
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 swordfish steaks (3/4 inch thick (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (7 ounces) corn niblets, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions

Make It

1. Combine 1 cup salsa and 4 tablespoons lime juice In small bowl. Place swordfish steaks in large shallow glass baking dish. Pour salsa mixture over steaks. Cover swordfish; let marinate at room temperature 15 minutes.

2. Prepare grill. Combine black beans, corn, remaining 1 cup salsa and remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice in medium-size saucepan. Warm over medium-low heat.

3. Grill swordfish 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove bean mixture from heat; stir in scallions. Serve with fish.
