  • Preheat a grill to medium-high or preheat the oven to 450°F. Place four 12x16 inch sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface. Lightly coat each with cooking spray.

  • Divide peppers, onion, and garlic among each pack, and drizzle each with 1/2 tsp. oil. Place a sausage over each. Fold up sides of foil and fold edges to seal tightly. Grill or bake packets (covered, if grilling) until sausages are cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes on the grill or 20 to 25 minutes in the oven.

  • Place sausages and peppers in rolls. Drizzle with ketchup or pesto, if desired.


If you don't have heavy-duty foil, double the regular kind for any recipe.
