  • 3 three-inch-long cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup water

Make It

1. In a small saucepan, combine cinnamon sticks, sugar and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Use to sweeten hot or iced coffee and tea or drizzle over ice cream. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
