Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 shallot, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Make It

1. In a medium bowl or food processor, combine parsley, shallot, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

2. Mix thoroughly, or pulse to combine. Use as a marinade or serve over grilled meat.
