Tex-Mex Pizza

Choose hot, medium, or mild salsa for this quick and easy pizza recipe. If you like, replace the chicken sausage with cooked ground beef.

Tex-Mex Pizza

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (14 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3 Southwest-flavored cooked chicken sausages (about 9 ounces), cut into coins on the diagonal

Make It

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place pizza crust on prepared sheet; cover with salsa, spreading almost to edge. Sprinkle with cheese; fan sausage slices evenly over the top of the cheese.

3. Bake at 450 degrees F for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

4. Let cool slightly before cutting into 6 slices. Serve with salad, if desired.
