Spinach And Chicken Calzones

  • 2 pound package thawed, frozen pizza dough
  • 2 10 ounce package chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cooked chicken breast halves, cubed (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lightly beaten egg

Make It

1. Cut pizza dough into 8 equal pieces. Pat into 8 triangles, 6 inches per side, on floured surface. Squeeze water out of thawed chopped spinach. Mix with shredded mozzarella, cubed chicken breast, Italian seasoning and can of soup. Divide mixture into center of each triangle; fold ends into center. Brush dough with lightly beaten egg. Bake on greased baking sheet in 375 degree F oven 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 8 calzones.
