Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces; 2 per package) small ready-to-use thin crust Italian pizza bread shells
  • 4 teaspoons Italian dressing
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 pound salami, sliced
  • 1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced
  • 4 medium green lettuce leaves

Make It

1. Halve crusts horizontally. Drizzle each "bottom" with teaspoon dressing. Top with peppers, salami, cheese, lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Cover with "tops."
