Make It

1. Combine 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup black beans, 1 Tbs. snipped fresh cilantro, if desired, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with homemade tortilla chips; cut two 6-inch corn tortillas into 8 wedges each. Coat wedges with olive oil cooking spray and bake at 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
