Salmon & Asparagus Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked whole-wheat bowtie pasta
  • 1/2 pound cooked asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3/4 pound cooked flaked salmon

Make It

1. Place bowtie pasta in a large bowl and stir in asparagus, heated fat-free half-and-half, grated Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and cayenne.

2. Gently fold in cooked flaked salmon.

3. Season with salt to taste.
