Warm Chicken Spinach Salad

  • 1 package (14 ounces) prepared breaded chicken cutlets
  • 1 bottle (8 ounces) bacon-tomato salad dressing
  • 2 bags (5 ounces each) fresh baby spinach

Make It

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place breaded chicken cutlets on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, warm salad dressing in small saucepan. Cut each cutlet into 1/2-inch strips. Toss spinach with 1/2 cup warmed dressing. Divide spinach onto 4 plates; top with chicken. Drizzle remaining dressing over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
