Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 8 cups shredded green cabbage (about 2-1/2 pounds)
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage (about 1/2 pound)
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and shredded

Make It

1. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper and red pepper in large bowl.

2. Add cabbages and carrots to dressing in bowl; stir until completely coated. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight. Makes 12 servings.
