1. Combine surimi, celery, mayonnaise, mustard and the 3 tablespoons bottled Italian dressing.
2. Toss greens with the 1/3 cup bottled Italian dressing. Spread dressed greens over bottom of large platter. Arrange surimi salad, carrots, cherry tomatoes, red peppers and green peppers over greens on platter. Makes 12 servings.
