Simple Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Make It

1. Combine shrimp with celery, red pepper, mayo, lemon juice, mustard, salt and black pepper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
