Rosemary Flavored Oil

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons rosemary leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Make It

1. Place rosemary leaves (remove woody stems), garlic and salt in food processor. Pulse until leaves are chopped. With processor running, add olive oil. Pour into a cup; refrigerate overnight. Strain out solids. Use to make dressings, as a dipping oil for bread, or brush onto chicken. Keeps, refrigerated, 2 weeks.
