Quick Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled, grated

Make It

1. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, maple syrup and salt in small bowl. Add carrots; toss to mix. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
