Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling water until tender, 15 minutes. Remove potatoes with slotted spoon to bowl.
Add beans to boiling water; cook until tender, 12 minutes. Drain. Place under cold running water to stop cooking.
Mix oil, mustard, salt, pepper, basil, oregano in large bowl; add potatoes and beans. Serve or refrigerate until serving. Makes 16 servings.
