Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup refrigerated jarred pesto
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups preshredded coleslaw mix OR: 3 cups shredded cabbage and 1 cup shredded carrot

Make It

1. Mix pesto, sugar, mustard, vinegar and pepper in large bowl.

2. Add coleslaw mix; toss. Makes 4 servings.
