Israeli Salad with Dill

  • 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, unpeeled, rinsed, dried, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Make It

1. In a medium serving bowl, combine tomato, cucumber, and onion. Toss with salt.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and dill. Pour dressing over the vegetables. Toss and serve.
