Flank Steak Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
  • 12 cups salad greens
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup small tomatoes

Make It

1. Combine minced garlic, orange juice, balsamic vinegar and cumin for sauce. Set aside half. Marinate flank steak in remaining sauce for several hours in the fridge, then grill 6 minutes per side. Slice; toss with salad greens, cucumber, sliced, small tomatoes and remaining sauce.
