Dilled Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces yellow squash
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Make It

1. Cut squash into 3-inch-long matchstick pieces. Cook beans in small amount lightly salted boiling water in covered saucepan 3 minutes. Add squash; cook 2 minutes longer, until beans are tender. Drain.

2. Mix sour cream, dill, juice, salt, pepper in large bowl. Add vegetables. Serve hot or at room temperature.
