- 4 cucumbers (about 1 pound)
- 12 Italian, French or Greek black olives
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1. Wash, dry, trim and thinly slice cucumbers. Place in serving bowl.
2. Pit and chop olives. Add to bowl.
3. Add oil and vinegar to salad; stir to mix well.
