Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers (about 1 pound)
  • 12 Italian, French or Greek black olives
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Make It

1. Wash, dry, trim and thinly slice cucumbers. Place in serving bowl.

2. Pit and chop olives. Add to bowl.

3. Add oil and vinegar to salad; stir to mix well.
