Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper

Make It

1. Combine buttermilk, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and pepper in food processor or blender. Whirl until smooth.
