Orange Honey Butter:
  • stir in 1 teaspoon honey and 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel.

BBQ Butter:
  • stir in 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce and 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika.

Lemon Butter:
  • stir in 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Tips

To keep any unused flavored butter, drop by teaspoons in each clean ice cube tray compartment, spreading evenly. Cover and freeze until firm. Transfer to a labeled re-sealable plastic storage bag. Thaw before using.
