Mexican Rub
Yield: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons hot red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander

Make It

1. Mix chili powder, salt, red pepper, cumin, garlic powder and coriander. Rub into beef, pork, poultry 1 hour before cooking. Makes 1/3 cup.
