Roast cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Make It

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees . Cut 1 head cauliflower into florets.

2. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Place on a baking sheet.

3. Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until browned. Cool, place in a resealable container and refrigerate.
